Anna Sirota, 89 of Albany, NY died peacefully at her residence on August 5, 2021 . Born on March 4, 1932, she will be remembered as an amazing, kind and incredible mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Until immigrating to the United States, Anna lived in Poltava, Ukraine and was married to Mikail Sirota until his passing. She graduated with a Master’s degree from Poltava Education University and had been employed her entire life as a school principal. Anna was incredibly dedicated to her family and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Anna is survived by a son, Gennadiy Sirota and daughter in law Lyudmila Sirota and a daughter, Margarita Khaitov and son in law Grigory Khaitov.
Anna is also survived by her grandchildren, Marina and Maksim Sirota and Irina Kasparov as well as her great grandchildren, Zachary, Michael, Samuel, Alisa and David.

Services and interment will be held in the Temple Israel Cemetery, Guilderland, New York on Monday, August 9th.
