Albany – Dorothy Garnett, 102, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2022 at Daughters of Sarah Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Brooklyn, she is the daughter of the late Gedalia and Katie Stuchiner.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Lorraine Garnett; her son, Dr. Richard (Janie) Garnett; her grandchildren, Deborah Garnett and Jessica Clancy; and her great-grandchildren, Noe and Silas Clancy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who loved her fiercely.

The family wishes to thank the staff of The Massry Residence and The Daughters of Sarah Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for their loving care of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt.
