Franklin J. Kasper, 62 of Schenectady, NY died on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at the Albany Medical Center. He was the son of the late Jacob and Eileen Leon Kasper. Frank was employed by the NYS Department of Labor and retired after 20 years of service. He was counsel leader and shop steward for many years.

Franklin is survived by his children, Amanda (Jake) Middleton, Matthew (Brandi) Kasper and Alana Kasper. He was Papa to Abe, Harvey, Elliott and Braelyn. Frank was happiest with spending time with his children and grandchildren. He also loved long rides, classic cars and classic rock and was an avid New York Mets fan.

Graveside services will be held at the Independent Benevolent Cemetery, 260 Fuller Road in Albany on Friday, December 9, 2022, at 1:00pm. The traditional period of mourning will be private.
