Igor Ptashnoy 83 of Brooklyn, New York died on December 18, 2021 at the Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, Igor was born in the Ukraine and had been employed as a camera operator in the film industry while residing in Russia.

He is survived by his sister, Rimma Piccinini- Titova of Albany, New York

Services will be held at the Independent Benevolent Cemetery on Fuller Road in Albany on Wednesday December 22, 2021 at 2:00pm
