Albany – Jerry Stanger, 94, passed away Friday October 3, 2025 with his loving family by his side. Born in the Bronx, he is the son of the late Anne (nee Engleman) & Simon Stanger. 

Jerry was predeceased (2000) by his wife Anna (Wilson) Stanger. Jerry is survived by his daughters, Susan Stanger (Roy Berns), Jill Stanger (Mike Hagan), and Kim Delisle (Alan Delisle), granddaughters, Abby (Sal), Lindsey, Alexa (Nate), Molly (Steven), Alaina (Addison) and his great-granddaughter Annie and his companion Melanie Woodard.

Funeral services for Jerry will be held on Friday October 10, 2025 at 1:30 pm at Levine Memorial Chapel 649 Washington Avenue Albany, NY 12206. Burial will follow at Congregation Ohav Shalom Cemetery Church Road in Guilderland.
