Steven Brazner, age 71, died on February 26, 2021, at his residence. Born in Queens and raised in Roslyn, Long Island, he was the son of the late Julius and Estelle Fernbach Brazner. While living in Brooklyn, Steven attended New York City Community College, Hotel Restaurant Management Program and was employed at the well-known Windows on the World. After moving to California he worked for La Scala in Malibu and Beverly Hills for many years. In 1992 he worked as a construction manager renovating apartments in New York City for Rosenberg Construction and Development Corp. and then in 1996 became the property manager for State Street Tower and Boulevard Apartments in Albany until his death. His friends will remember him as Foodie who loved to check out all the newest places. He loved admiring and working on antique and classic cars with Stan as well as golfing. He leaves behind his sister, Janet Brazner; his dear friends, Stanley and Bernice Rosenberg, their daughters, Eve Blangiardo and Rebecca Rosenberg Scollan; his best friends, Kathy Nolan and Girlie; as well as his beloved cat Clarabell. He is also survived by many close friends from Malibu, Calif. including Michael and Gladys Wasierlsky and Jean Leone. Special thanks to Eve and Rebecca for the love and care shown to Steven during his illness and his final days before his passing.
